To become a leading development organization in Northern Ghana that empowers people to live meaningful and dignified lives as intimated by Jesus christ in John 10:10.
ADDRO exists to share the good news of Christ to all in context and to ensure that people of the three Northern Regions of Ghana have equal rights and opportunities to sustainable and dignified livelihoods.
3.Empowering and liberating communities for transformation.
ADDRO is governed by a seven member Board of Directors. The Board is the policy and advisory body. Its membership is made up of men and women of diverse working backgrounds and experiences. The Board meets four times a year in addition to an Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Over the years, ADDRO developed from a well-meaning missionary approach into a professional organization with state of the art equipment and well-trained and professional staff led on a daily basis by an Executive Director who oversees 52 staff members working on various projects, with an annual budget of over ¾ million USD.
